I got the machine through NewEgg as refurbished. Are there any relevant BIOS settings to check? I've had it set to start charging at 80% to 85%.Is there a way that the charging circuit can be damaged for anything above a certain power level?.My chargers are 60W and the included Dell 100W+.I also ran the diagnostic for what that is worth and it told me simply that it can't find the charge unless I use the power bank. I updated my BIOS 2 months when I got it and so I don't have the latest BIOS, but I didn't see anything related to charging. As I've written this the battery charge has gone from 5% to 8% so the charging circuits are at least properly working. I've confirmed that both USB-C ports behave the same way in regards to charging from the BatPower bank and not charging from either of my USB-C wall chargers. The white light on the Dell charger is lit and it charges my Surface Go properly. It seems that it first started having issues charging some days ago. My XPS 9575 has stopped taking a charge from the supplied A/C USB-C charger.
